This is where peptides and related compounds go that fit none of the other research areas. Glutathione is the tripeptide γ-Glu-Cys-Gly, which acts as a redox buffer in cells. FOXO4-DRI is a D-retro-inverso peptide: it consists of D-amino acids in reverse order, which makes it very stable against proteases. Cartalax is a short peptide from bioregulator research.
GonadoMax contains hCG, a glycoprotein hormone. Unlike the short peptides in the rest of the range, it is a large protein with sugar residues. It is more sensitive to temperature and to repeated freezing and thawing.
Glutathione contains cysteine and oxidises easily in air to the disulphide form. Solutions should be made fresh or stored without air. Every product page gives form, variants and, where available, technical data.

Common questions
What does D-retro-inverso mean?
The peptide consists of D-amino acids in reverse order. The side chains end up placed much as in the original, but proteases find the peptide hard to cleave.
Why is glutathione sensitive?
The thiol group of cysteine oxidises in air, and two molecules form a disulphide bridge. Fresh solutions and little air contact reduce this.
Is hCG a peptide?
hCG is a glycoprotein hormone, a large protein with sugar residues. It is stored and handled differently from short synthetic peptides.
