1. Controller
The company named in the box above is responsible for data processing on this website.
2. Visiting the website
When you visit, our server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date, time and the page requested. This keeps the site secure and protects against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are hosted on our own server. We don’t use analytics or advertising services.
3. Orders
For an order, we process your name, address, email address, phone number, optionally company and VAT ID, the items ordered and the payment method chosen. This is necessary to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use the phone number for questions about payment and delivery. There are no customer accounts. You open your order through a personal link, which please don’t share.
4. Payment
For SEPA and Revolut, we process the details of your transfer to match payments. For Bitcoin, we store the transaction ID and the photo or screenshot of your payment receipt that you submit, and forward both to our order inbox. Please show only what proves the payment on the receipt. We check it through the public service mempool.space, which receives only the transaction ID and nothing about you.
5. VAT ID check
If you enter a VAT ID, we check it through the European Commission’s VIES system (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
6. Emails
We send order confirmations, payment details, reminders and shipping notices through our email provider. We ask for feedback only if you ticked that box at checkout (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time.
7. Shipping
For delivery, we pass your name, address and, where needed for delivery, your phone number to the carrier.
8. Retention
We keep order and payment data for as long as commercial and tax law requires, usually up to ten years. We delete other data once we no longer need it.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to the email address above.
