Shipping costs and delivery times
A flat rate per shipping zone. From the stated goods value, delivery is free. We also deliver to Austria (zone 1) and Switzerland (other countries).

- Flat rates are end prices. Deliveries outside the EU are without VAT, and import charges are paid by the recipient.
- Free shipping is based on the goods value after discounts.
- The minimum order value is €200.00 of goods (after discounts, before shipping).
Tracking
All shipments are tracked. You receive the tracking number by email.
Packaging
Vials are sealed and packed with desiccant.
Transport damage
Please report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
Payment methods
- SEPA transfer: after you order, we send you our bank details by email. Use your order number as the payment reference.
- Revolut: after you order, we send you our Revolut payment details by email. Use your order number as the reference.
- Bitcoin: the address and QR code are shown at checkout, and the exact amount on the order page. After paying, enter the transaction ID and upload the payment receipt. 10% discount on the goods value.
We send reminders for unpaid orders after 24 and 72 hours. Orders with no payment after 7 days are cancelled.
All prices are end prices in euro and include the VAT of the destination country. Business customers from other EU states with a valid VAT ID are charged without VAT after a VIES check (reverse charge).
